All Dolled Up...

Barbie Loves Stila Palette

So I finally gave in and decided to buy the Barbie Loves Stila All Dolled Up Palette. I had been eyeing this palette for a while and kept circling Ulta and Sephora, just playing with it and testing it out. I remember when Stila first came out with their first Barbie collection I wasn't too excited about it. But when I saw this palette, I just couldn't keep away! I absolutely LOVE it. The colors in it are amazing. They're highly pigmented and have a great range of colors. With this palette you can create so many looks. You can do a dramatic smokey eye, a neutral look, a daytime everyday look, a night out look etc. It comes with 4 pans and each pan has THREE colors. That's TWELVE colors. The price? $28!!! Yes, only $28. That's a a steal right there especially when each Stila e/s pan costs you $18. Sure it isn't an entire pan of ONE color but it is plenty enough for the price. I can't wait to create so many looks with these, it is going to be so much fun. You can get this palette at Sephora, ULTA or STILACOSMETICS.COM. I would recommend getting it from Stila even tho i got it at Sephora cause they're offering free shipping, AND you get a free smudge pot worth $20! Below are some swatches and once I find time in my crazy life, I will be doing a live review/tutorials as well! In the mean time, check out swatches below.

The color before the bronze/brn didn't show up on the pic, but it is a pretty champange color

LOOK HOW PRETTY! THIS PICTURE DOES NOT DO IT JUSTICE!

The Perfect Mascara...

So I have been on a mission to find the PERFECT mascara....which means I've been kinda spending money that I probably shouldn't, but it's okay because I only buy mascara when it's on SALE...like buy one get one half off or buy one get one free. I should say I'm looking for the perfect drug store Mascara. Not that I never used them before but I always switch around my mascara, I don't like to wear the same one two days in a row. Soooo I've been testing them out everyday, on their own or with makeup. I am going through a series of test to determine which one I like the best. It's no secret that I've always loved L'Oreal Lash Architect but like i said I like to switch it up. So hopefully by the middle/end of the week I will do a live review about Mascaras and letting you know which ones I THINK, IN MY OPINION are the best and which ones you just shouldn't buy. Of course I haven't tested them ALL out, I mean have you ever been in a Walgreen's and have seen for yourself the massive amounts of different types of Mascara are available? I'd have to spend at least a $200 just to test them all. But I've used quite a few and will continue using different ones and adding new ones to my LIKE/HATE list. So stay tuned for Battle of the Mascaras!

I kept seeing the Cotton Candy Eyes at Sephora...saw a few looks on youtube and tried my own version of it. I didn't film a tutorial on it but I will soon.
